VISMIN MASTER FRANCHISE CORP. is LAP’s MASTER FRANCHISEE FOR Visayas and Mindanao . The Corp. is a subsidiary of the Gandionco Family’s holding company, RJSEI, the same holding company of Julie’s Franchise Corp. the franchisor of the nationwide chain of Julie’s Bakeshop. As Master Franchisee, the Corp. will solely handle all franchise expansions of LOTS’A PIZZA in Visayas and Mindanao . A commissary will also be constructed in Cebu City to manufacture crusts and distribute all stock requirements [toppings, boxes, cheese, groceries, etc.]

The stockholders of VISMIN MASTER FRANCHISE CORP. will be formally introduced during the franchisee meeting on June 27. The signing of the Master Franchise Agreement will be witnessed by all franchisees during the said meeting.

The fusion of LOTS’A PIZZA and VISMIN MASTER FRANCHISE CORP. will mark a milestone in the history of AFFI since this is the first time that a Franchisor becomes a Master Franchisee of a co-franchisor. Thus, the long-term plan of LAP going nationwide will soon be a realization sooner than expected with the collaboration and partnership of two reputable companies in the franchising industry.
